Why does my LED light flicker?

Check in this order

Is it on a dimmer? An LED on a leading-edge dimmer designed for incandescent lamps will flicker. Fit a trailing-edge dimmer, or a dimmable driver rated for it.

Does it flicker only when another appliance starts? That is voltage sag on the circuit — a motor, a pump or an air conditioner.

Does it flicker from new, on its own? The driver is under-specified. This is the most common failure in the cheapest fixtures.
